Hi! My name is Britt – Lucifer’s Mom and the person behind this website, helping to share my sweet boy’s story.
Both my husband John and I are strong supporters of the world of animal rescue and I have been a volunteer in a variety of capacities for over 20 years. We share our hearts and our home with 3 rescue dogs (including Lucifer) and 2 rescue cats.
Our pets are our family and we include them in every part of our lives, as can be seen on our pet travel blog – The Kas Pack.

What Will You Find on This Website?
Lucifer was adopted and brought to Canada in July 2021. It wasn’t until a few months later that we noticed that he had a slight limp when walking around. After veterinary appointments, a month and a half of crate rest, and x-rays of both front legs, it was discovered that he had suffered injuries to both front legs before being rescued.
We have connected with an orthopedic specialist and have been quoted $3800 per leg for surgery plus pre- and post-surgical care. All proceeds from the items available for sale on this website will help cover these costs so that we can give this young 1 1/2-year-old happy puppy the life that he deserves. When these costs have been covered, all additional proceeds will be donated to rescue organizations across Canada and the United States.
